Pam facilitated the sale of our rental property, in north Torrance, expeditiously and expertly. Her knowledge of the local market and assistance with hiring contractors was invaluable in a sales price $250,000 over as is condition at the beginning of the journey, with minimal investment. She kept the project on track and even got her hands a little dirty doing some landscaping. I would recommend her, without reservation, to anyone wishing to sell at top dollar!
